They communicated exactly what was going on with my cat, made recommendations, in a non-pressuring way. They followed up by phone and email to ensure I had all the information, and following my cat's procedure to confirm that everything went well and she was recovering properly. “Every time we go visit Dr. Patel, it has all been a positive experience. Dr. Patel took his time getting to know our puppy, answered all my questions and was extremely helpful.
