Reporting an excellent shopping experience and discussion about technical needs I had. Greg was my sales rep who went the extra distance to make my purchase happen. He looked up details I needed plus, made sure the product I wanted was in proper condition. I bought an open box model because often these offer better value. Wow, very good shopping experience. Greg had very good knowledge about all their TVs. Gave very good opinion and was a very good listener. I got a very good deal on my giant TV. I would recommend that place if you want a good shopping experience without pressure. The other staff was very helpful too.

I bought a big TV the other day and the experience was really very nice. Alwyn was a great help and fun to deal with.
The next day I mounted the TV on the wall and for some unknown reason I lost the sound coming from my satellite box. One phone call to the store and Derek and other staff members found the solution right away. All I had to do was hit factory reset and everything works great. They are a great team and really want to help as much as they can.
