I was looking for a warmer below my shorts .. she searched, couldn’t find in the shop and then on her own, looked up alternatives and other Sportcheck shops in the GTA .. without a prompt from me .. I was blown by that customer service experience

I was planning to apply for the Triangle World Elite credit card so that I can collect more CT points for the first purchase on the card. The store manager told me that they had no control on the type of card I would be approved which is not TRUE. Now I received the regular card although I'm eligible for the WE one. Very disappointed. Are you really part of the Triangle program?! Wasted my time.
BTW, the staff at shoes department were friendly and helpful.
