Excellent customer service! Staff was very friendly and all were smiling/happy (which stood out to me). The staff was also patient and not pushy at all and were very knowledgeable. They worked hard to provide us with whatever discounts they could to ensure we were able to purchase the mattress we wanted.

I’ve seen some of the negative reviews and when buying a mattress it’s important to do some homework about how a mattress is constructed to know what you are looking for. Selecting a mattress is personal preference so if you end up with an uncomfortable mattress it’s not because of the sales staff - it’s about knowing what you need ex: stomach sleepers need firmer mattresses etc.
