My mom purchased a mattress set through the Brick today and she has been raving about the sales consultant names Majid who gave her incredible customer service. She says that not only was he very knowledgeable about the product he was selling, but he went out of his way to get her the best possible price. He is friendly, courteous, respectful and it was a great shopping experience. We would strongly recommend buying a mattress set through the Brick.

We made a purchase at The New Market Location and Matt Helped us with our purchase. He patiently explain everything and tried his best to find the right products for us. We did have to wait for the set to arrive but Matt was communicating with us about the status of our order till it arrived. We are really happy with his service and recommend him.

Sanj was incredible. He was so efficient, he was thorough as he explained the discounts and warranty. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Sanj made our shopping experience easy, even as he interacted with his coworkers to complete our order. Without a doubt, we would have not left the store as happy had another employee helped us instead.
