Nice big gym. Some very good equipment. The staff are friendly. Other customers seemed cool too. It's the one thing I'll miss about Keswick.

Great small locally owned gym! Has everything you need from weights to cardio to classes! Very nice front office staff to help you with sign up and any questions you need!

Great gym. Accessible, friendly, plenty of free weights and machines. A frequent flyer now for 18 years.

Lots of variety to work all parts of body, non intrusive staff but available when you need them. Open spaces to do your own personal stretching routines out of the way of other members.
