TEN Yoga Studio & More

I have known Charlene for over 8 years on both a personal and professional level. I have practiced many different levels of yoga and when I needed help with sorness and understanding my body Charlene had the knowledge to help/educate me. I would highly recommend her !

I have been going to TEN Yoga for ten years. Charlene has been the best teacher I have ever had. I tried a couple of other Yoga Studio's in town but once I tried one of Charlene's classes I never went back. I feel very supported - she holds an impeccable space for healing not only the physical body but the mind. I would highly recommend TEN Yoga.

Charlene biggerstaff is very warm, welcoming & extremely approachable. This combined with her extensive knowledge of the human body, both through education & through healing her own injuries with yoga, sets her apart from the rest. Would and do highly recommend ten yoga to anyone!!

Charlene Biggerstaff is an awesome human being and an amazing, experienced and extremely knowledgable yoga instructor. She also knows all about the body, it's systems and how they all work together to find harmony through what she teaches. She makes yoga enjoyable and can work with anyone at any level. I love the fact that she can work with people from all walks of life and help them gain mobility, strength, less pain and stress ~ whether you are totally fit and healthy or the complete opposite; and whether you are 25 or 95, she has a class and style of teaching customized just for you! I love this lady ~ she is very kind, approachable and professional. Charlene has a gentle, honest and comforting approach. She cares about each and every one of her student's and this shows in her classes how she addresses each person's individual concerns and limitations. Charlene equally cares about her community and has a compassion and consideration for others that is hard to come by. Charlene chooses staff to work with her very carefully to ensure her level of integrity is carried through no matter who is teaching. I would highly recommend Ten Yoga for anyone wanting an introduction to yoga, is working on expanding their yoga practice, balance out their fitness/wellness routine or is looking for ways to manage stress and alleviate pain and tension - restorative yoga is great for this:-) Charlene's studio would be my first choice in town and it is also the longest standing one in our town (that I know of) that continues to operate as a successful yoga studio.

Ten Yoga has been so supportive in helping me throughout my personal journey. The energy, the atmosphere and the staff...... I can't say enough. All awesome.
