Great Dr. Great staff, great surgery results, fair prices.
I recently moved and had to leave my previous vet located in another city. I chose this veterinary clinic because of their ratings, access to two locations, and proximity to my house. I had my first visit yesterday with my cat and was extremely pleased. The office staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. They had a copy of my cats charts ready from my previous vet which Dr. McNeil had reviewed. Dr. McNeil was very friendly and educational. He took time with Leonard and I to get to know us and educate me on things that may be beneficial/harmful (including providing me with resources) and did a thorough exam. They were not pushy with any products for purchase. And one of the ladies even ran out after me when we were headed to my car because I had forgotten one of the pampflets. I also received a follow up call about an hour after leaving with his fecal results.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with the care they provided Leonard and with the customer service they provided me. Would highly recommend. Thank you to a wonderful team!!
The vets and the reception are very nice. The vets are pretty skilled too. I've had my dog also have a surgery there. The only issue I have there is that the vets rip people off. It costs about 800$ just to get teeth cleaned on a dog when it costs 150$ on a human! I had to get ear drops for an ear infection for my dog and after the drops were purchased, I found that the exact drops were 10-20$ cheaper everywhere on the internet. I feel very ripped off. I would like if they lowered the price to down to at least 500$ and I will delete this review. Until then, this review stays up for the world to see.
Such a kind staff! Very informative - gave pricing right upfront on the same day - actually went over & showed & explained blood work, x-rays, etc. So glad we found them - been to many different vets & always felt like the $ was the most important thing - NOT HERE! They really give a sense of caring!! I highly recommend them!
