“I recently moved and had to leave my previous vet located in another city. I chose this veterinary clinic because of their ratings, access to two locations, and proximity to my house. I had my first visit yesterday with my cat and was extremely pleased. The office staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. They had a copy of my cats charts ready from my previous vet which Dr. McNeil had reviewed. Dr. McNeil was very friendly and educational. He took time with Leonard and I to get to know us and educate me on things that may be beneficial/harmful (including providing me with resources) and did a thorough exam. They were not pushy with any products for purchase. And one of the ladies even ran out after me when we were headed to my car because I had forgotten one of the pampflets. I also received a follow up call about an hour after leaving with his fecal results. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the care they provided Leonard and with the customer service they provided me. Would highly recommend. Thank you to a wonderful team!!”
