“I'm giving three stars as I can't comment on the workmanship - which is the nature of the problem, they just wouldn't come out - so I'll comment on level of service. I called to get a quote - said someone would come by to take a look. Several weeks later I called back to find out what was going on . They said someone came by (why they didn't call me I don't know) and evaluated the situation. The person gave me a price and I said its good and asked when someone could come out. They said they would call me when their team was in the area. Weeks later - no call. I didn't haggle, I did the follow-up - gave up and called another company.”
