As someone who has travelled to many towns, cities and countries, this studio is by far the most welcoming and supportive learning environment I have ever been to. Priscilla and the team are some of the most beautiful, kind and supportive people, and I promise you will not be disappointed with all that they offer. This is a true gem of York region, and is a anchor point for the building conscious community of York region. I highly, highly recommend stopping in and checking it out!

All the instructors are excellent !!! Each one on this wonderful team have something special to offer for body and mind . It is a true wellness centre as there are other healing and fascinating things to explore .
