Not only did I receive it in a timely manner but it was delivered personally by the owner, now that is premium customer service! I love my cooler, especially in this summer heat wave. Keeping it in the car for groceries and taking it on our weekend trips so that my food and desserts stay the right temperature all the time! So happy with my Chilly Moose!

I love these products! I work outside in the sun for hours and my water never gets warm in the water bottle. My coffee aways stays hot during long commutes in the thermos as well. Deffinetly worth it!
