Great service! We got an appointment soon after I called (day and half later) and he arrived right at the beginning of the time slot.
I had a beautiful new white rug for about a month and a half and decided to spill an entire cup of black coffee on it. After trying home remedies with no luck, you could say I was more than disappointed. I reached out to them through google, heard back within an hour and scheduled an appointment. The guys came by within a day, were very professional, and removed the rug but couldn't guarantee the stain could be 100% removed. They gave me a 1-2 week return time but had the rug back to my place in 5 days with NO STAIN, literally no stain! I can't say enough about this team and recommend their work to anyone looking for real professionals. Thank you!
Great service, affordable prices, easy pick up and drop. One of the stains is slightly fade, didn't go completely but I can't help it.
