“I had a beautiful new white rug for about a month and a half and decided to spill an entire cup of black coffee on it. After trying home remedies with no luck, you could say I was more than disappointed. I reached out to them through google, heard back within an hour and scheduled an appointment. The guys came by within a day, were very professional, and removed the rug but couldn't guarantee the stain could be 100% removed. They gave me a 1-2 week return time but had the rug back to my place in 5 days with NO STAIN, literally no stain! I called and left a message on Friday at 6:00 pm and someone called me back within 10 minutes and scheduled my carpet cleaning for the following afternoon. The guys arrived on time, were very friendly and polite and did a fantastic job. My carpeting looked absolutely awful before they tackled it but they managed to get all the stains out and it looked great when they left. Their pricing was also very reasonable.
