This is not a normal gym...Dean and the staff at Life Drive Fitness have been amazing at motivating and at providing monitored small group and personal fitness programs tailored to the needs of each individual. I've lost 8 lbs of mommy weight in 9 weeks and hope that my baby belly will be bikini ready just in time for the summer time sunshine! Join this gym! It will change your life!
