(March 26, 2019, 1:32 pm)The service and food are great . The paper straw is not. The taste of paper while drinking my beverage is deterring me from eating at Harvey. It was terrible the last time. I can't say I will visit them anytime soon.
I asked a employees if I was the only one to voice my concern, they said that they get many complaints on the straws.
There has to be a happy medium. I suggest they look at the coffee pod industry. Many pods are made of biodegradable plastic.
Just a suggestion.
(January 14, 2019, 8:07 pm)Fast and friendly service. This team smiles often and you can feel that the atmosphere is "upbeat"! Sitting area was clean and comfortable coming back again and again. Plenty of parking and Swiss Chalet is right on the other side.
