Manny, in particular, answered my questions. and there were many.

despite how many, he answered with a smile. and was thoughtful in his answers. it was a genuine moment. he didnt put on a face.
that's important to me.

eb games dont have the questionnaires on their receipts, so i cant answer give them an answer i really want to give.

this answer is one that feels too important to keep to myself.

there were only two moments at eb games that come to mind.
two moments out of a handful of moments from every store or restaurant ive been to.
there were two moments where i felt i had an experience, not a transaction.

And this was one.
