Great, professional service. Great, easy, no hassle online appointment booking system. If driving, may want to arrive a bit earlier to find a parking spot since it's in a busy mall strip. Service was quick, professional, courteous, was able to answer all my questions.
BTW, had to call them to help me find the exact location of the Markham office, they answered quickly (a rarity nowadays) and was able to give perfect direction.

This was my second visit and the service was very affordable, professional and respectful. 👍

The process was pretty smooth and took less than 15 minutes. One thing I would like to bring up however is that I found it really difficult to find the place when I came in for fingerprints. There really needs to be a better signboard. I wonder how many people wasted their time in merely finding the place.
