Glad I found this place. I found this little gem from Google maps. I made an appointment online and was contacted quickly for follow-up. The staffs were very knowledgeable about the products that they carried. I was able to try different knee braces to see what I liked best. They also helped me to get pre-approval from my medical insurance company. I will be back for other services.

Was recommended to Feet and Up by a coworker as it was a convenient location in Markham. I was very impressed with the friendly staff. I ordered 2 sets of TENS machines (for work, and home) as they are super useful to have. I have tried other TENS machines and find that they were not as powerful as this one! Thank you!! Very happy customer! This little small shop provided me with the most amazing service. I have been having ankle problems for a while and had not been successful in finding the right solution. I've been to other larger shops and always felt like they never understood what I was looking for. Hidden gem in Markham! Friendly, caring and knowledge staff. I suffered from some knee and ankle pain from a recent car accident. I had went to two other popular clinics around toronto recommended by my doctor but none of them were able to fix my pain. One of my coworkers recommended this clinic and I was glad I made the trip to Markham. Staff are friendly and caring. They took the time to examine my problems and suggested the best way to approach my issue. The braces and wraps I purchased here are of better quality and the exercises they recommended have been more effective than the other doctors I visited!
