Fido

Finnaly got airpod from here. The staff is really helpful.

It was very easy to switch over our phone plan to Fido at the Markville Mall (lower level, next to food court). Worked with Shoaib who was quick to transfer everything for us. He took the extra few minutes to explain what would happen and how we would receive our documents via email, etc. He and the other two staff members were very polite and helpful!!

Today suddenly my phone stopped working. It was not picking up Fido signal. I took my phone to the kiosk and Erfin helped me immensely. He figured out the problem and gave me good suggestions.He called customer care on behalf of me and waited and talked with them. I stayed there for almost 2 hours. He was never impatient and always kept me in the loop. I really appreciate the customer care provided by him.

Absolutely satisfied with gentleman Mark, he was really helpful and super clear, have been a fido customer from long time and am really happy the way mark helped us.

5 stars is not enough for this team.
They know their job. A manager is a great man and generous.
