The Coaches are engaging, motivating and creative with killer boards...they will keep you disciplined to make the most of your workout.

Irene is amazing. She motivates you, pushes you so you can do more. Its amazing place for a workout. Workouts are different every day which keeps you from getting bored. My favorite place to be when I’m not with my family! The women are fantastic, the workouts are always a challenge, and never boring, and certainly a butt-kicking! I feel so great after each workout, like I can conquer my day and do it feeling great. Irene always inspires you to give it everything you got, every time. Day by day, you crave it even more because she shows you how strong you are and how strong you could be. Why are you still waiting to join?

This is the best workout place I have ever been to. The trainer is not only an amazing trainer but also a great motivator. I have experienced nothing but positive vibes at this place. I am now a stronger version of myself and I am loving it.
