Make sure to book ahead as popular times tend to be fully booked. The only minor complaint is that in winter months, the court is a little cold as they set the temperature to around 12 to 14 degrees. However, once you start playing you don't notice the coldness.”

“I did online yoga class with Swapna for a few months . I found the classes very interesting, inspiring with clear instructions. She starts on Monday working with different warm ups for each class day and then works up to challenging ones by the end of the week.This way the chance of injuries are minimized as we are fully warmed enough as we are working towards the challenging poses as days go by. Her yoga also helps strength building as she does each movement several times. I would recommend her yoga to anyone who enjoys Yoga for relaxation on one hand and for strength building on the other . Her yoga is also a good workout as I feel very awake and energetic rest of the day .”

“I like coming here. You can never get bored of this place because they change up the routes every now and then. You’ll need to sign a waiver when you climb for the first time but it’s quick. You can also rent shoes or bring your own. They have lockers in the change rooms too. The bathrooms and changing areas are kept relatively clean. This place gets quite busy though but everyone is pretty friendly and if you’re a beginner, no one will make you feel bad about it. Positive environment overall.”

The owner and trainer Jonathan is amazing. He’s not just knowledgeable and helps create a plan to help you reach your goals but he’s also kind, understanding and always pushes you and supports you no matter what. The Raion community is also amazing. Filled with great people who are also super friendly and keep pushing you to be your best. We had to run on my first day...of course I was dying but I’ll never forget the friendly faces who as they ran past me, told me “It’ll get easier! Keep going. The teacher is generous and kind with great knowledge of aromatherapy. Surprisingly the teacher is also a yoga coach to offer members only private course to combine yoga with aromatherapy which is quite creative and popular. Worth to try and guarantee you will love it.
