Hearing Solutions

My previous set of hearing aids needed replacing as they were too old, but the previous clinic became disappointing to work with.

Then I decided to try out Hearing Solutions at the Markville location. My experience of purchasing hearing aids through "Hearing Solutions" at the CF Markville location was beyond my expectations. The audiologist, Manal, is a joyful person to work with. She will try several different options to find the correct solution for one's hearing loss. I never heard her say well you have to get used to the hearing aids. The knowledge, patience and dedication of the audiologist at Hearing Solutions is an asset to the company. I am just thankful to have found such an experienced and dedicated audiologist and the perfect pair of hearing aids.

I highly recommend Hearing Solutions Markville, and most especially the audiologist Manal Hammam. When I came to the office, I really did not expect to commit to getting hearing aids. But I am so happy that I did! Manal led me, thoughtfully and honestly, through the hearing test and analysis. I think that I am not on the "deep hearing loss" end of the spectrum, but it was evident (and confirmed my experience) that I was losing a great deal of the high frequency spectrum. My experience with the Phonak hearing aids has been life-changing! I have the opportunity to "test" them in noisy environments, where I previously had great difficulty understanding what people were saying: with the hearing aids, I think that I have heard and understood everyone even in noisy environments.
It may seem trite, but the ability to stream music (internet or iTunes) through my hearing aids has even enhanced the experience - I can enjoy music without disturbing others (until they are awake enough to indulge my music choice).
I am delighted with my Phonak hearing aids. And I am most grateful to Manal Hammam for leading me into this renewed audio life, and for being as helpful as is possible.

Mr. Ali Bharwani really helped me out with trying to find me the right fit and showing me the flyer on different eir Pieces for my dad and honestly he was amazing also the place was very clean spotless.

Audiologist, Joyce Tang was very professional and detailed when she took my 93yrs old mom through the different tests. She explained the different aspects of hearing loss and the different hearing aids clearly and concisely.

I had been to another place for a hearing test but wanted a second opinion so I decided to go to Hearing Solutions at Markville Mall in Markham. I found them to be very professional, friendly, courteous, and more tech savvy. Joyce, the audiologist was very thorough with the whole works. She explained everything I needed to know and making sure I was pleased and comfortable with the recommendation. I didn’t feel any pressure in making my decision for hearing aids. She followed up to ensure I wasn’t having any problems with using the aids. I was surprised she gave me more information about a hearing loss and how it relates to brain functions than just rushing me into purchasing hearing aids. Compared to the other place, I highly recommend Hearing Solutions.
