(July 28, 2016, 11:26 pm)Carmen did a nice job analyzing my mother's hearing loss, and was very patient with her throughout the hearing test, being fitted for a new hearing aid, and during the calibration of the new device.
Sandy at reception also was very pleasant.
My only minor complaint was waiting during our 1st appointment.
