I’ve been going to Markham Athletics for well over a year now, Kav and Spencer are amazing at what they do! I’ve trained before and have been going to the gym on and off for the past 10 years but I haven’t seen results like I’ve been seeing at MA. They provide you with the tools for you to start eating a healthier lifestyle as well.
