Tim from Hargrave came and inspected my current old furnace system. Others simply gave me a rough quote over the phone. He patiently and thoroughly answered even my silly questions. He outlined all of the possible options I could go with. In the end I opted for a new Carrier furnace and air conditioner. I am so happy that I also chose to switch my water heater to a tankless. My furnace room actually has space now! I’m glad that I will own it and not rent and never own situation. Within a few days, the furnace and water heater were installed - the a/c was installed later when it was a little warmer. Everything was done quickly and efficiently with no mess left behind. I opted for the Carrier thermostat. Although it’s a little pricey, the app makes it very convenient and easy to use. Phoning the office was also a pleasure as their customer service was lovely. Janet and Min (sp?) made every phone call a pleasure. :) They obviously care about their customers! At every step, the office staff, Tim and their installers made me feel very confident in their work quality and ethic. I definitely feel a difference with the new furnace as my house heats up super fast! I would definitely recommend Hargrave Heating.
I have used their service call before. This morning my furnace had some problem again. I have called them for assistance and the gentlemen (forgot his name)has good work ethnics, polite, and are helpful. I will strongly recommend this company to everyone. Gj.
On a cold Thursday night in the middle of February "that big company" during their annual maintenance shut my gas and furnace down and walked away. On Friday morning (with the house getting colder by the hour) I felt abandoned by the lack of options offered and totally frustrated. Friday afternoon I did a bit of research into the best companies, and long story short, called Hargrave Heating. I am very glad I did. The Hargrave receptionist took my contact info and said someone would call me back soon. Within 2 minutes Kevin B. called me and I explained the situation. He told me "not to worry" he would take care of it. That evening he came to my place and explained all the options and that he had already put the team at Hargrave's on alert for a next day / Saturday morning install. At 9:00 AM the next morning (the house now a chilly 57 degrees and going down) Dimitri was ripping out my old furnace. By noon, he had installed the new Carrier furnace I picked the night before. Not only are Dimitri and Kevin B. both extremely professional but also (both) super nice and friendly. If you have a problem with the "big guys" - - - call Hargrave and ask for Kevin B. He'll take care of it and leave you smiling. Fantastic !!
Just had a carrier furnace installed. Dimitri and Steve were extremely professional and highly knowledgeable. I would 100% recommended the company and technicians. I Aslo want to make a note that the problem was diagnosed at 9:00 am and a new furnace was going in by 12:00 pm.
Superb . Fantastic customer service. Tim , the owner is great. Super communication skills. Returns calls right away. Super knowledgeable. The system we installed is whisper quiet and the installation team did a great job. Love the wifi access . We also had our fireplace serviced and a new blower fan installed. We are very happy with the results
