Queens Montessori Academy

My kid has grown up with Queens. The teachers are patient and kind and always seek the best interests for the children. With daily influence and practice, my kid has learned not only to level up her academics but also to become a responsible and confident young citizen. As a parent, I am so happy to know that my child is in a safe and nurturing environment. I highly recommend this school.

My daughter is about to graduate this year. Looking back at the three years in this school, I feel a lot of emotion.
Recalling the scene three years ago: At that time, our family of three was a new immigrant. My three-year-old daughter’s Mandarin was very good, but she has not started to learn English, which means that more time is needed to adapt to school life. In the first month, she was afraid of going to school, would miss parents, and would cry, but this is an inevitable process of growth. We handed over her to Ms. Sapu, she was very patient, when she received my daughter every day, she would sing to her: Finger Family Song, coax my daughter to start school happily. Until now, I still remember this scene, and I thank the teachers for their patience and love.
In these 3 years, I have seen my daughter's growth. She will start her grade 1 in the coming September, but now she already can handle the grade 2 math and language. Thanks to QMA for laying a good foundation for her.
Due to the pandemic, my daughter has been at home for a long time, but she keeps touching with her classmates and teachers. I know that in these three years, my daughter received precious friendship and knowledge.

My son started at Queens when he was 22months.Teachers are very knowledgeable and kind. My son looks forward to going to school every day and is learning so much since enrolling. The facilities are spacious, clean and inviting for children to learn and play. The first time we visited, my son didn't want to leave.

Meals are cooked fresh every day and I like the variety of foods they expose the children to. They are very transparent and accountable, which makes us confident that we made the right choice in selecting them. There is a a daily app of activities completed, meals and washroom breaks, in addition to a webcam app you can use to check in on your little one anytime. Would highly recommend to any family!

My son is currently enrolled in toddler 1. Amazing teachers! All teachers are so loving and teach my son skills and disciplines and I have seen so much physical and intellectual development since he was enrolled in September. I highly recommend this school to all parents! I think this is the best Montessori School in Markham!

My child started at Queens when she was 1.5 yrs, and she graduated from Queens this year. The teachers and staffs there were professional and care. They observed the child and communicated with the parents to update the child’s progress on a regular basis. The classrooms were clean, and the shelves displayed well organized with the Montessori materials. The school provided the nutritious family-style hot lunch and snacks, which helped my daughter to adapt various food at school. After four years of studying at Queens, the teacher well prepared her for the elementary school socially and academically. I recommend Queens in the Markham area.
