“Very good experience! I took a little time over the weekend for an Awaken Yourself group session, which was my first attempt at meditation. I have to say that under the guidance of the instructor, I can really enter the state quickly, and I also found that this is a good way to quickly calm down and relieve anxiety. The Card Reading session after the meditation also gave me an opportunity to understand my heart more deeply. At the same time, it is also a good place to sit down and chat with friends in a different way. It is recommended that everyone who is interested in Toronto can try it~”

“Both my daughters started learning violin with Mr Yuen when they were 6 and 8 back in 2016 and till 2021 when he moved to Canada. He is a patient, experienced and dedicated teacher and my girls really enjoyed having lessons with him during those 5 years. Under his guidance, both girls had passed the ABRSM Grade 2, 5 and 7 Exam all with Distinction. Moreover, the location of the school is not remote, as there are shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants, medical and dental clinics that are all situated around the school. Furthermore, I feel safe attending the school as safety and security is a major priority for the school. Another factor that I like about the school is the food. The on-site cooking staff prepares delicious and well-balanced meals for us. The teachers we've had had been kind and caring, and we are happy with the LO's social and academic development over the years. Any potential infections in the school has been well communicated. “I have had a wonderful time taking Spanish classes with Christine and Brian. They are patient, fun, and knowledgeable teachers, and we are never pressured to do anything more than we can but gently encouraged to do as much as we can. I took the first level class and was introduced to a wonderful vocabulary, am now taking the next class up and while I am a bit challenged I am learning vocab and grammar in a gentle and easy way.
