Our business uses the Offisky VOIP phone service and we are very happy with our choice. Our phone costs dropped substantially when we switched to Offisky. More importantly, Offisky provides amazing service! Anytime we need assistance with our phone system or have an issue to troubleshoot, their team responds right away. We recently reconfigured our office internet / networking, and needed to change some settings on our phone system. Offisky assisted us right away and helped us get everything up and running in no time! We appreciate all the help they've provided over the last few years!

Introduce by my friend for a Hosted PBX service. Great quality, many features, good price.

Pros: Low and Flexible Price (Pay as you go / Monthly), High Quality, Stable, Self and Instant Activation, Friendly Support, Many Features, No Contract, Use your own phone.

Cons: Confusing when start, must take time to go through their support video for initial startup. Require basic networking skills.

Bottom Line: Offisky provides low cost, high quality, and more then sufficient features for a Hosted PBX service, but it takes time to set it up correctly. Always go through their tutorial video and it should do the trick.

I was looking for a Canada Hosted PBX provider and found an ITSP in Markham, Ontario. Visit their location and they have introduce their service to me. Their hosted PBX is quite different with all other providers offered. Many features, and also included a online collaboration platform which most of the provider don't in the standard account. I start by worry about their quality but it end up working extremely well for my network. Using them for 3 months now and didn't have a problem. Highly recommended.
