Awesome! Great price & great service. Most of other bargain stores have no service after the product is shipped out, but not this one. The biggest fear I have when I use bargain stores like this is buying a lemon, obviously, because it's usually nightmare dealing with the seller about the problems related the product purchased. When I emailed Factory Direct Sale about the projector screen I ordered, they replied in a couple of hours and they were willing to provide help over the phone. I am very impressed! I strongly recommend this store to all bargain hunters!

Great Place! I was going to get a projector screen from Best Buy, but they listed it as coming from these guys, so I just ordered direct instead. Saved me over $100! I ordered about 5:30pm, and it was delivered the next morning, and on Christmas eve no less! I highly recommend this place!

Bought TN-450 taught not compatible with Brother as mentioned. Called them and the lady gave me few steps over phone. its working perfectly.. good sales and service. Thanks

These people are very honest, upfront, and easy to deal with. I would definitely refer them to my friends and family for AV and other needs.
