I had a great experience with Shippsy. They had incredible customer experience and answered all of my questions in a timely manner throughout the process. The website was simple to use and was updated regularly as my shipment progressed towards delivery. Wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again. Very convenient.

I've found Shippsy to be a great solution to cross-border shopping/shipping woes. I've used various services several times now, and have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly, and service to be timely and effective. Costs are reasonable, and the website is really easy to use for customs paperwork. All the stars, highly recommend!

I was referred to Shippsy by a friend who raved about the service they provided to help with cross-border shopping. I had purchased some car parts that would only ship within the US so was happy to use Shippsy to get them to me in Canada. Not only is the service convenient but the packages are forwarded to Canada within a few days of arriving at their US offices. Their per package fees are also more than reasonable.

But the main point of this review is to recognize their outstanding customer service. My shipment had an issue as there were two packages that were sent by the seller. I wasn't aware of this. I was dealing with Marj and she was not only quick in responding but was extremely helpful in trying to sort out the confusion. She provided proof of the two packages that I could go back and clarify with the seller. In short, I was able to rectify the issue and avoided having to pay more duties/taxes than was necessary.

I more than happy with the service Shippsy provided and will be definitely using them again when doing cross-border shopping.

I've only used Shippsy four times, but every single order has been great. They honestly have the absolute best customer support I've ever experienced. Everyone I've interacted with has been so friendly, helpful, and responsive. They will walk you through any questions you have. Plus, the shipping times are very quick and the shipping costs are very reasonable.

Marj and Treb were especially helpful with me, as it had been a while since I've used Shippsy, and had a few (a lot of) questions. They were patient and personable throughout the entire process. Really great experiences.
