I have my roofing replacement completed on last Saturday.

This company has my confidence to pick out of others. The first contact person Edward has impressed me with his outgoing personality & sincere customer services. My interaction with him doesn't feel like between a sale rep. & a customer. He make me feel like I am getting advise & direction from a true friend or family member. His patience & informative advice finally guide me to my final decision. He helps me to fully understand what I need & how to save cost without sacrificing my priorities. The estimate pricing is not the cheapest and not the expensive ones. I have different options to choose from based on my own requirements & budget. The one I finally pick is at reasonable cost meeting all my practical needs for quality, durability, style & protection.

On the day of work, Jay & his super crew arrives before 7:15am. They purposefully add more half day staff to increase the manpower to accomplish the majority of work by noon. They finally complete the work & all clean up just before the drizzle shower starts after 3pm. Great planning & organizing to make the best out of your hard working team.

Base on the co-operation & the flow of the work, you can tell what a professional team they have. Their interaction impressed me with all their commitments & high quality of work. They work as a team & a family to serve their customers with pride & confidence.
