CYR funding is highly recommended for any sorts of mortgage needs. I experienced high level of professional approach and best customer care from Rena Malkah and their staff. I have bounced around by private lenders for 2 months but she was able to get the deal done and closed in 2 days prior to closing. I would like to take some time out to sincerely thank CYR FUNDING and their team for their efforts in helping me get a mortgage within a ridiculously tight timeframe during COVID and over the New Years 2021 period. At a time when my builder was requiring a super quick closing and my back was literally against the wall, Rena Malkah and her team jumped in, without hesitation, and fought to get my family the mortgage we needed to close the deal. Please understand that this was no simple task and that banks and other brokers had told me that the deal was impossible to do within the short time period that I had. I emailed Rena, over the Christmas holiday AND she actually responded! I couldn't believe it!

I paid a visit to their office and met a few members of the CYR team who greeted me welcomingly. It was at this point that I met Nadine Savlov. She was upbeat, knowledgeable and professional. I could tell that she cared about my situation and was an absolute professional throughout.
Soon after, I was able to meet with the company owner, Rena. She went above and beyond. As a busy professional I greatly appreciated her efficient, effective, approach and communication style. Not only is she down to earth and friendly, she is experienced and knowledgeable beyond belief.

Rena and Nadine were quickly able to use the information that they had gathered, to taylor a deal that not only made sense financially, but allowed me to take advantage of options that I have never heard of before. This is the benefit of professional experience.

It wasn't long before CYR and their team we're able to help me close on my deal, saving me money and stress by taking customer service to the next level.
