Mark is amazing. My poodles come out looking great each time. Mark really cares for the welfare of the dogs and is very professional. I have referred Marl to several people who are all very happy. One client comes from the Danforth all the way to Thornhill to get services from Mark. Fully recommended.

The groomer did an amazing job on my cat Cookie and she came home looking great and feeling happier! Excellent service and very good price. Will come back next time

This was our first visit to ESP and we were very happy with the entire experience. Mark was brilliant, not just with our cat, but with us as well. Throughout the 20 minutes we were there he talked to all of us and shared valuable tips and advice. The service itself was quick and very professional. Our cat needed a sanitary trim and her nails done and Mark completed it with the gentlest touch. No fuss, no anxiety for anyone. Definitely recommend!
