I order,a glass for my tent stove , from China and came broken
I had to a asum it with no warranty ,Mike from precision glass
Felt bad and made a glass to fit in my door ,I thank Mike and the team, for all your generosity, mark.

Broke the glass on my mother’s gas fireplace and had difficulty finding a replacement over the holidays. Mike was able to quickly replace the glass and we’re back up and running.

Really, more than words can say, Exceptional service by both the owner Mr. Stuart and Mike. From the beginning to the end, product knowledge, good price fast delivery beyond expectation, detail training and after sales guidance.
