Mech Physiotherapy

I would recommend this place to anybody who is looking for knowledgeable and caring physiotherapist. Mariana and Stephanie are very friendly and nice. They pay full attention to my needs and provide very helpful services every time following with exercises for home.
I had a pain in my wrist for almost four years and it has almost gone after 3 sessions.

Mech Physiotherapy is superb! We were both immeasurably helped by the wonderful team at Mech. Mariana, Sabrina and Stephanie are so knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Between us, we had treatments from all of them, which were really terrific. We also got exercises to do at home to help maintain the good results we got from the physio. By far the best physiotherapy experience either of us have had!

This is long overdue but certainly deserving! I went here when I was experiencing some mid back pain, headaches and tension in my neck. Mariana was absolutely amazing at not only relieving the tension... but pointing out how one area was effecting the other. She gave me a bunch of exercises to do that were extremely effective.. and was able to work on the area allowing me to leave feeling like a million bucks! Thank you again????

Mariana provides excellent service and is a master at her craft. She is attentive to my needs and provides a complete assessment of my issues prior to starting each therapy session. During therapy, she ensures to address all my pain points and provides exercises to do in between sessions to ensure that recovery can be obtained faster.

My primary was Meghan and she was great. Helped with my ankle sprain rehab. I also love the place is really accessible and parking is easy to find underground, which was just what I need on crutches. There's a mix of physiotherapists and athletic therapists there, and you may be booked with someone other than your primary; however, I found everyone very knowledgeable there.
