“I had a tennis injury earlier in 2022 and a few heavy lifting jobs later on in the year. I tried to Google a variety of treatment and self-diagnosis but it just continue to get worse. At one point, I could not sit straight and going to the bathroom was incredibly challenging. I would scream and cried from the pain as the pressure was placed on the back of my left thigh. It was no joke. Probably the worst pain period I have ever had to endure in my entire life. Finally could not take it anymore and decided to seek help in October and thank God I found Derek through his good ratings and reasonable rate for student. A couple of weeks later, I was off pain-medicine and by the end of the year, I was off my back braces. It is now January and can now freely come back to the office. I’d say I am at 80-85% and will continue with his exercises to strengthen my core. Looking forward to rejoin tennis this summer. I only wish I’d seen him from the start and never had to go through that pain. Highly recommend Derek.”

I have been taught how to manage my Lymphedema while receiving outstanding care for my arm. Living with Lymphedema is a lifelong journey. Learning about it and how to properly manage it is key to successful management of this condition. This then enables you to be able to recognize when there are issues that arise and how to manage them quickly. Markham Lymphatic Centre has helped me accept and manage this lifelong condition which is important in the positive management for your overall wellbeing. “I'm extremely grateful that one of my friends recommended me to Jason Li as my physiotherapist/massage therapist from “The Spot”. Being a Chef plus being active at the gym, it's important to maintain my health and being injury-free. I've been going to The Spot for about 2 years (approx. 20 sessions) to keep my body/ health/ performance in check. I went to Jason with the following issues: 1. Tendinitis/ Shoulder and rotator cuff damage from a sports-related injury (which restricted my range of movement, I couldn’t move my arm in full rotation without any pain/pinch in my shoulder) 2. A surgery on my leg which left the surgical site with lots of scar tissue. Performance on my leg wasn’t bad, but any endurance related activity such as running would cause fatigue and a weird sensation. Jason was very knowledgeable at pointing out and evaluating the issues. Jason provided the right approach in incremental rehabilitation exercise, massage therapy, and sports-related movement with kettle-bells/ resistance bands/weights/ regular body-weight movement/ stretches to help regain full range of movement and strengthen the site of injury. I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to Jason. The new knowledge he has provided to warming up/exercise/maintaining posture has given me a new approach to balancing my fitness regime to maximize performance. The hospitality and service Jason has provided was impeccable. I would highly recommend Jason as your physiotherapist if you’re ever looking for one. “I've been seeing Dr. Dorothy Ho for over a year now, currently on maintenance care, and she does an amazing job treating my problem areas. A lot of people think chiropractors are quacks but I can assure you she isn't one of them. Ever since I've started seeing her, my back and neck feels a lot better than before as it is less tight. She's also given me some exercises and tips on what I can do at home to ensure my muscles don't get tight and cause discomfort. MSK Clinic itself is very clean and the staff is amazing. They're friendly and very quick to respond to inquiries. Definitely come here if you want to take care of yourself and your body.”
