I have worked with The Orion Group over 10 years as both a client and a candidate. Unlike many other search firms, Orion has superior client service skills. They're efficient and honest in their feedback. There were times when I would want to hire someone immediately and they would encourage me to continue interviewing others - even though that meant slowing the process down for them. I really appreciated that honesty.
