“What I liked: Friendly, fast, accommodating, professional, detailed, constant communication and updates, little to no wait time. What I would change: due to a large amount of cars coming and going parking was sparse. I did find parking but it can be a tedious to manouver in and out of parking. My insurance suggested this company. I would definitely use this place again in the future or recomend them to anyone. The receptionist was so helpful and all the staff were very friendly. They sent me daily email updates of my cars progress. I was told it would be 9 days before my car would be ready. They finished it in 5 days. I wasnt prepared to pick up the car early since I was working 12hr shifts at work all week. The receptionist found someone to drop my car off for me at work and pick up the rental to return for me. She also made sure to remind me to fill up the gas on the rental to avoid being charged for the gas used. I was told the gentleman who brought my car to me was the owner of the auto shop. It showed a great sense of customer service that he would go out of his way to ensure I recieved my car the same day to avoid having any penalties or issues with the rental company or my insurance. The work done on the car was perfect and they even cleaned and detailed my car (they even organized my messy trunk! Lol) Thank you for the great service and going above and beyond my expectations. GREAT JOB! :) On a side note, if you are a plant lover like myself they have some BEAUTIFUL plants to admire; orchids, money tree plant, clementine tree full of clementines, Norfolk Island pine tree. Some of the healthiest and largest varieties I've seen! Someone has an amazingly green thumb! There is also an aquarium of beautiful koi fish to admire while you are there.”
