(May 12, 2017, 5:13 pm)Very surprised about the negative review - maybe that's how things were 3 years ago. We are very satisfied with the center (been with Bright Horizons for more than a year). Excellent facilities, great staff, no problems whatsoever. The best gauge is how willing your kid is to go there, and ours is always eager to go to the daycare. Thanks, BH!
