Wonton Hut

Very quick service if you want to grab a quick bite. It may almost be faster than McDonald’s right beside it if you know what you want and your order is a standard bowl of noodles. The wontons are big here and the price is good. Highly recommend this place for a nice warming bowl of wonton noodles for a very quick stop. Don’t expect exceptional service or anything like that. This is a quick-serve place. Just go and enjoy the food.

Noodles are chewy and wonton has big pieces of shrimp. Beef brisket well marinated and tender. Soup base is flavourful with lots of chives.

Always good service and good food

Average place. It’s cheap and quick, but the quality of the food is mediocre. There is much better wonton in the city, but if you’re in a hurry for a quick bite, doesn’t hurt.

I come here occasionally to buy their fresh handmade fish paste. The quality is quite good. Their egg noodles are very average in flavour, nothing special.

Although there was one time that I came here and I saw a chef in the back clip his nails in front of the food that he was making us (since we were the only ones dining in at the time, I would assume that the food wasn't for anyone else), and next thing I know, he takes the food from that very pot to serve to us. Never dined in again (out of sight out of mind)
