“A friend of mine is on methadone for his drug addictions and has been coming to this clinic for sometime. I have been helping him with the drug recovery and all the people in the clinic have been very helpful and courteous. There are some procedures that have to be followed because this is a drug rehabilitation program and must be approved by goverment, they have all the professional help needed (including a methadone doctor) for someone to get over drug dependencies.”

“I can't speak for the service at the pharmacy or post office. I didn't use those services but I find it hard to believe the negative reviews as my experience in the rest of the store was exceptional. I interacted with two different staff members and they were both super helpful and knowledgeable. I feel like it's kind of random to leave a review for a drug store but the service was above and beyond and Rexall should know that! It's also a super clean and very well stocked store.”

“This is a great family-run pharmacy. I called ahead to see if they could fill a prescription for me, and they were very well-informed and friendly on the phone. In person, they seamlessly handled my insurance and transferred existing prescriptions from my old pharmacy in the matter of minutes. A couple days later, they called to let me know my prescription was ready, and answered all the questions I had regarding the medication. “Always a welcoming atmosphere. Tall ceilings and generally a clean store with bright lights and good music (yes I noticed the background music, sometimes they play the 80's alternatives) make it a nice shopping experience. Prices are sometimes a bit more compared to the no frills type of stores but it's a different shopping experience. This is a store you don't mind spending an extra 1/2 hour shopping row by row in. The lineups are generally shorter and makes it possible to get in and out of the store quickly if you want to just grab one or two items. ”

If you haven't booked for the flu vaccine, be sure to bring your OHIP card and fill out the form, while the pharmacist prepares the flu vaccine (15-20 minutes). After the shot, in case of any reaction the pharmacist will ask that you stick around for another 15-20 minutes.”
