She was very pleasant to deal with and was very knowledgably on the whole process.

I had a very bad experience with another branch( Yonge St & cummer Ave), but this branch was timely and orderly and issued the bill according to the agreement.
And a very polite manager was here.

I reserved a vehicle online. I wanted a full size car for a trip my family was taking up north. I arrived paid and they brought the car around. Very nice looking Toyota Camry. Upon driving away I noticed a noise from the front passenger side wheel bearing. (I work in automotive and noticed right away. Not their fault of course) I returned within minutes to inform them. They did everything they could to accommodate me as most of the available vehicles were simply too small for my needs and ended up upgrading me to an Suv for no extra cost. I was very impressed with their customer service. This is the only place I rent from and will continue to do so. I wish I knew the employee names so I could thank them by name, unfortunately, I do not.
