You do not realize the value of good service until you have bad experience somewhere else. I never had to rent with anyone else other than enterprise except once a couple of months ago, as cars were not available with Enterprise . That's when I realized how good my rental experiences with enterprise have been. Unfortunately , I do not remember the names of the gentlemen in Aurora location. They are so nice, professional, friendly and always helpful. The gentleman offered ride back home without even asking, even when they were about to close. Long story short. If you need to rent a car, go for enterprise . Nice and Easy.”

“The cars are new and clean. Nick who we dealt with was very nice and easy going upon pickup. Only complaints are 1. Not knowing about the 200km/day limit 2. Not knowing that they rent in a 24hr clock. So even though we returned it by 3pm (had rented at 12 noon the previous day, we were charged an extra day. After speaking with him he cut the cost in half) Overall an ok experience. Would just liked to have known about potential hidden costs. I will admit we didn't ask him if there was anything in terms of extra costs .”

“Hey helpful staff Edit: please note that i really do like hertz usually, you have a great service normally. However, the 4 star is because of the crude and very unfriendly treatment we received when we picked up our car at your airport location, from one of the employees at the counter. The other employee next to him seemed to be very helpful and answered all questions he was asked by other customers, but the employee to served us was very business like, very dry and didn't offer any useful information. He didn't even bother to give any info regarding gas, tolls, insurance, etc. The info you normally get at other car rental services.”
