Website says come in and ask for a tour, pretty much let our staff show you how the equipment works. In reality you have to ring a doorbell that most people don't even know exists because it's in a weird spot, for a staff member to let you in. Then when you state that your clearly new, wanting to join and would like a tour and run down. You'll get the response "Feel free to walk around" and no he won't explain to you how the machines work or anything, so if you a very new to the gym life, pay more at another gym. It will be worth it. Horrible representation for what this gym is. The only good thing is that this gym is cheap. After my year is up I will be paying more to go to a non good life gym.

Awesome gym for the price! Peak times can get busy and wait for a machine, other than that everyone is friendly and respectful.

I have the black card membership and this location has the best shower/change-room setting in all the fit4less I've been to. As a female, I feel safer since shower/change-room is completely separate from the male's. Wished all fit4less have this set-up.

Great place if your looking to save money, and workout anytime 24/7, staff are helpful and kind, never really to busy that you cant workout.

My 2 friends and myself come here 4 days a week for at least an hour.
