We have spent a lot of time and effort (and money) researching a main floor renovation. One of the final decisions was the flooring. Jeannie was very patient and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we were happy with our choice. She went the extra mile to get in samples, to make sure we were confident with our decision. Her install staff was efficient, clean and precise. We had shopped around a lot, and in the end chose Floors Direct because of their professionalism, expertise and ease of dealing with Jeannie and her staff. We are happy we supported a business close to home.
