(August 25, 2016, 3:05 pm)Outstanding customer service! I went in looking to replace a tap cartridge that no one else I'd shown it to could identify. A staff member performed an exhaustive search of the store and his catalogues, then went on to contact a manufacturer's rep. He emailed me back a day later with news of who made it and even how to get a warranty replacement. Extremely impressed!
