If you need a good, honest and reliable plumber these guys are for you! Our plumber was so honest and straight forward with our plumbing issue. He did not do a quick fix. He went above and beyond to ensure that the problem was fixed properly. I found the price to be very reasonable. Our plumber was respectful of our home and our time. He took the time to show us how the pump works and how to troubleshoot it. No one has ever done that before. To top it off their customer service is just simply incredible.

Finally ready, I Googled "best plumber near me". Harris was one of the top rated. What was even more amazing was the realization that I went to public and high school with the Harris family. What a relief to see a familiar name.

I received a prompt response, appointment, reminder, and status of arrival call. ?

John arrived from Harris on time. He was very professional, informative, and explained what was recommended at each inspection point and also explained where something could be done but wasn't necessary. He answered all my questions and made sure I knew what all the faucets/valves in the basement were for. He also fixed my leaky kitchen sink with the parts I had on hand but I didn't know how to install. He helped me attach my garden hoses and fixed or adjusted as needed as they were leaking all over the place too.

The quotes for what needs be done were formatted in a way that makes it easy to budget room by room or whatever plan works for me. Fantastic! And the most amazing thing is the quotes I am left with are extremely doable.

P.S. (The next morning) I just noticed he fixed my soap pump on the kitchen faucet set too. I am super impressed. :-)

Just in the process of putting our secondary residence up for sale after a 5 year rental, and needed a complete plumbing diagnostic.
After placing a call for service, Harris responded immediately with an appointment the following day, and John, the technician, showed up early! He walked me through the entire home, testing and rating all the pipes, fixtures and shut-offs. John answered all my questions throughout the process, clearly and succinctly. He understood the reason for his visit, and made recommendations based on that knowledge; what was acceptable, what needed to be addressed. A conclusive comprehensive review from well qualified and well mannered technician.
Tylar and his team called before the appointment with a reminder, called again to say John would be early and then called at the end of the day to ensure we were looked after and satisfied with their service.
