I'm very particular, so thought to check out this gym in hopes to get away from the regular crowded "all show off" atmosphere. I joined because of the great positive feel, & the staff made me feel like I was a member for years, not pushy. I had the choice to pick the membership that suits me best! This gym is massive, that offers everything you need, even a salt water pool/whirlpool!! Awesome!! Fantastic price too!

(March 14, 2015, 6:11 pm)What a great place to workout! After my second child I found it really hard to get back into the grove of getting to the gym. I found the staff, the facility and the professional trainers so extremely friendly, helpful and motivating. It has been a while since I have been excited about working out but it feels like home with the friendly staff and the family friendly atmosphere, that even my kids ask if they can go to the gym!! I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone!!
