I have ordered from this company several times and the orders are usually shipped quickly and received within a few days. Tamara has always been helpful and is always quick to respond to any questions I have.

I have ordered from Surgo multiple times over the past few months and although supply can sometimes be limited due to COVID19, the prices are fair and shipping is fast. The customer service reps are very transparent on product availability and expected delivery times. Kudos to Tamara, the service reps, and everybody else involved in getting these products to my family quickly! THANK YOU

I had the pleasure of working with two amazing Surgo employees Shannon Richards and Kimberley Bishop to resolve the issue. Both ladies were empathetic, professional and worked really hard to get answers. Their communication skills and understanding is exactly what’s needed in customer service.
